The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The original corrier has now let us down several times, we have since booked another courrier who has collected and delivered the item safely. However the original courrier has since contacted us saying he is unable to carry out the collection and delivery. So we would like to cancel our first courrier, thank you. Please now cancel and refund our deposit. Please contact us at your earliest conveinience to confirm this cancellation

We tried on sevarl occasions to arrange collection of item but the seller of item was unhelpful in their demans in regards to collection, so this is why we advised customer to use other courier.
Howver we would not hesitate in recommending this customer as they were very understanding and helpful in trying to resolve collection difficulties with seller of item but unfortuantly as said, sellers demands for collection, meant we could not accomodate them.

Matthew could not have been more helpful and obliging. He took the job on when others let me down. He has kept me updated the whole time. He reported back to me every step of the way. I could not reccomend him more highly if i tried.His price was very resonable. He treated the item with such care and attention like it was his own items. I will only ever send items in the future through Matthew, he puts pride in his work, and he is just a great guy. Thanks for taking on a tough job, Fantastic
