I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Since paying weeks ago, emails have not been answered. I started calling them on Monday. No answer on land line and message box full on mobile. I have continued to call them every few hours - no change. Your customer support emailed them yesterday morning with a deadline to respond and they have not responded. I have booked flights to Spain around the dates this company gave me for collection and delivery, they know this. They are supposed to have 7 lorries, so not a small outfit. I hate them fo

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider, Fastnet had been in regular communication and was due to collect on 8th April. They did not turn up and since then have not returned any calls or emails - when we call we always get an answering machine. If something devastating has happened to this company then I might understand (I just don't know what happened as they will not communicate), otherwise I think they are incompetent fraudsters and I would strongly recommend you remove them from your database to avoid them do
