This customer was extremely outrageous. She hurl insults and abusive words on us for collecting her pieces of furniture and delivering them on the day she expected them. Her frustration was that the pictures of the item she saw on eBay was far removed from what she saw in reality. We became the objects of the transfer of aggression, to a point her boyfriend had to intervene. Disrespectful, abusive and very ungrateful. will not recommend her to any transporter on Uship for any of her future jobs.

Haven't been on here in ages due to this awful experience. Hadn't had option to respond but so glad now. Please ignore this untrue statement, let ALL my other previous feedbacks speak for it self. Sour grapes because they were unprofessional, was exceptionally late to unexpectedly deliver at MIDNIGHT!! Attempted to resolve matter directly with courier 'leader/manager' but ignored my calls & messages until i left them a well deserved negative feedback & reported them. He called cussing & shouting

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider couldn't collect at the agreed date, and collection point is no longer able to wait another day and have therefore cancelled at their end. Regards

Awful! Did not show up on originally agreed collection date, so wasted day for both collection point and myself. Had to reschedule last minute. Finally when delivered, it was at midnight!!! Completely unexpected. To add insult to injury, item had been damaged!! They said it wasn't them but black dirt/ink/oil all over my gorgeous upholstered bed was still fresh, so much so that it was rubbing off on our hands. I suspect it was most probably caused in transit due to insufficient cover. Amateurs.

We tell customers continually to ask for clean & clear pictures from their eBay sellers b/4 buying any item from them. This customer was a victim buying an old piece of furniture with lots of stains and dirts. At the collectn point we couldn't make any negative remarks about the item and we could not call the customer because our duty was to collect and deliver. Deceived by eBay pictures, this customer out of frustratn transferred her aggression on us, whipping the wrong horse for doing nothing.
