This was the first time I had used Uship and I was concerned as my 2 cats would have been travelling for nearly 20 hours. I had great communication prior to collection, I always received a response to my questions and on collection and journey home Keith always kept in touch with me. Keith was very flexible when I had to cancel 12 hours prior due to customs issues and was also there when I need to reschedule at short notice. Overall I was really happy with the service. Thanks 2 happy cats.
