I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. CUSTOMER KEEPS CHANGING THE DELIVERY DATES AND IGNORING CALLS TEXT AND EMAILS. THIS JOB WAS BOOKED FOR A SPECIFIC DATE AT THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST SO WE BOOKED OTHER WORK IN AROUND THIS JOB. WHEN HE CHANGED HIS PKANS IT COST US MONEY.. THE ORIGINAL DATE WAS 15/05/23.. TODAY IS 28/05/13 AND I AM NO LONGER HAPPY TO DEAL WITH THIS CUSTOMER DUE MAINLY TO HIS IGNORING COMMS

Unfortunately problems with transporters vehicle did not allow transaction to materialise although good communication enabled me to consider alternative options.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The carrier had the situation fully explained to him as follows. The vehicle was due to be delivered to Swansea from Darlington either yesterday or today. Once I knew it had arrived I stated that I would contact the carrier and tell him when he could collect the vehicle. By his own admission he stated that "it would not be economic to go from Romford to Swansea and back without having another load for the return journey". Response from carrycars: this customer was vague with his information and did not keep me up to speed as promised causing me to lose 3 different jobs with his inconsistancy
