The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke to the customer after the bid was accepted.I indicated that we would need to complete that week. The customer said they would contact me back. This never happened, i tried again the following week but was unable to make contact on the mobile supplied or the office number which was on the mobile message. We are now unable to carry out this shipment due having no vehicles in that area for the rest of the year. Considering we tried to move this item twice we have been more than accomodating Response from Dave M.: yet another mover that let us down , the communication was more far less than acceptable. there are far to many so called movers that offer the earth and deliver nothin. if your can not accommodate the shipment then do the honest thing and say exactly that . however I must thank you as it appears your well known for this ..... thankfully another local mover spotted it and delivered a sterling service as promised .... you would do well to take a leaf from their book !

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I emailed when I accepted their bid, we wanted an additional load agreed that it may not be possible I didn't have the 2nd loads details to hand, & it would be tough if I didn't get the 2nd loads info in time, I left it with Pete he said he was would be planning the journeys over the weekend he would let me know the day/date. They left a message (off) on the 6th I have left 3 messages since then. I don't understand how they've tried, they're expected & the Mog is sat waiting to be collected
