My direct experience (ie. item being delivered) was great. They were quick, turned up when they said they would and phoned prior to delivery taking place. However when the vendors said that when the item was collected they had to ask for paperwork and the men collecting were heavy handed with the item and dropped it outside (5 drawer freezer). I didn't see any evidence that the item had been dropped when the item was delivered though and it works perfectly well. Response from aide247: I have spoken with the driver and mate that collected the freezer quite thoroughly. They had all of the uship paperwork and a copy of the email that was sent with correct address details. I have spoken to them about dropping the freezer and they have told me under no circumstances was the item dropped, can you please tell me if the item was damaged on delivery?
