Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Courier told me after numerous phone calls, texts and emails he had no idea about the collection and delivery he had bid on. He said his office never told him. I chased this courier for a couple of days with no response so a bit cheeky to leave feedback saying I could not be reached! Don’t deal with this guy!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed, text and called the courier to no avail. I got through to someone yesterday who said they knew nothing about this collection/delivery.
