Martin the courier was a delight he kept us informed of the progress of his journey and arrived almost to the minute of his prediction, which was impressive as the journey was over 180 miles. He has a friendly outgoing personality which makes the process a positive one.
The item delivered was in the same condition as from when he picked it, and as it was a two man lift he helped me put it in the location I required. He did not have to do this but he went that extra mile without being asked.
