We would like to move into new property on the 31st in the afternoon/eve  

both flats are 1st floor no lift  

The car park to the house I am leaving is approx 200 yards.  

Our house has 2 storeys but is pretty empty really. 1 room of 3 not used. Only large items are furniture for 1 living room and 2 bedrooms. No large kitchen appliances at all.
