I love driving across the country (especially by myself). I've driven cars for people (the first was from Virginia to Santa Monica, second was Fort Lauderdale to Fort Wayne, IN and third was San Diego to Portland, ME). I've also relocated an elderly, injured Bernese Mountain Dog from Chicago to Portland, OR...a puppy from Idaho to Wisconsin....two 101st Airborne Army vets and their service dog from Seattle to Richmond, VA....clothing from the Boston-area to Chicago...and a lawn mower deck from Milwaukee to Minneapolis. I love seeing the country and taking new roads. I've been living all around the country and this half of the world for the last 4 years (literally). A lot of it has involved pet and house sitting (dogs, cats, chickens and children). I've done it on the islands of Grenada and Vieques (Puerto Rican island), Costa Rica, Maine, Boston, DC, Chicago, Taos (New Mexico), Juneau, Petaluma (CA), San Diego & Santa Monica.
