We aim to pickup and deliver items in the time frame stated at the time of bid at times due to weather conditions we are NOT able to meet all dates stated. Also please note we have limited cell service in some of the locations we go we are not avoiding anyone by not answering the cell phone's. Our main cell phone is based out of Minnesota and at time's and in some areas we have limited or no service. Also please note that at time we are not in the same time zone as you which can at times delay our return call as well.
