Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children (USMC) Racing - the nonprofit I founded- is in fact a full 501(c)3. USMC Racing has three race cars - 1996 Crown Vic, 2011 Crown Vic and a 1979 Camaro - hitting 5-7 tracks a year in as many states providing functional therapy for past and present members of our Nations military and first responder family who are suffering or dealing with issues like PTSD, depression, anxiety, loneliness and the like. We get over 100 folks behind the wheel at various weekend endurance events throughout the year, as well as 60+ members on the crew helping with pit stops, vehicle maintenance, and of course chow. We provide all the food, lodging, and safety equipment for everyone. Being able to have sponsors/donors allows us to keep the pedal to the metal, each and every year, by keeping our organic costs low, as well as the ability to give totally free rides and even fly people into our events.
