We will do everything possible in our power to have you fully satisfied with our service! ************************************ Our box truck is enclosed so weather conditions will not effect your freight. You will be able to stay in touch with us over the phone and/or text during the entire duration of the shipment. ************************************ Pet transportation: Pets ride inside the cab right next to the driver so they will be kept warm. They will travel either in your crate or we can provide a crate. Traveling for the first time may be a little scary for the little guys. We make sure it goes smooth for them. We talk to them and if needed we take them out and pet them to put them at ease. Kittys will be fed and given water. Puppys will be fed, given water and taken out for bathroom breaks. Your precious pet will be a happy customer, that's our promise!
