We are new to U Ship but we have been in business for 20 years. Let us take care of you like we have taken care of so many others. With regards to my feedback I would like you to notice that all of our feedback is positive. There were a couple of cases when covid forced shipping cancelations on the customer's parts and there is one customer. Jessica R who says she would not use me again. Well I really do want to address that particular customer and the feedback they left. I did not ship anything for Jessica. She called me after accepting my offer heavily intoxicated and verbally abusive. The call is recorded and I can play it for customers if they need me to. I will not work with a woman who tells my wife to "suck her dick". In 20 years of doing this I have never had such a negative experience with a customer.
