Horse Jitney LLC is owned and operated by Athena Haresign, a horse breeder and former veterinary technician with over twenty years horse hauling experience. With our partner, Fred Massie of Fred's Pony Express, we operate two five horse head to head trailers with breast bars removed and replaced with grilled wall dividers. Horses ride fully enclosed behind walls. Hay and water are kept in front of your horse at all times, and we stop every three to four hours to refresh and check on the passengers. The company is commercially insured with a $1,000,000 liability policy and $100,000 cargo. We will likely not be your lowest bid, but we are competitive for the services we offer.
