We have had horses for over thirty years, and have hauled them and other peoples horses all over the country. Had race horses for 15 years and stood 6 stallions for 10 years. We have had good shippers and bad shippers. Famous clients and not so famous. We are located in Md. We use a 6 horse trailer with a large aisleway, this way it can be made into two extra box stalls or room for a carriage or wagon. There is an extra stallion stall in the front of the trailer, that separates a stallion or other problem horse with a solid wall, so he can't be seen or heard by the others. A 4 horse, and a 2 horse with dressing room. We stop as needed by the amount of time the animals have been on the trailer. It is better to drive on through when possible. There is less stress this way, and they get there sooner.
