A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After a break down we have contacted those booked to cancel for them to be able to get their refund and to reenlist with UShip as need be. We have already contacted UShip on our end about the cancellations being made. We have been proactive of contacting each person on this matter as it is out of our hands right now until we are able to get back on the road.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Peaks Piggyback X'press contacted us 5-days before the scheduled pick-up day via email saying they're having mechanical issues & insinuated on a reschedule. Upon agreeing they than said they do not know "when or even if" they'll be back on the road. They were very forward about their issues but showed total disregard for our situation. For being in business 13-years I would expect them to be able to get a quote & time frame as to when the issue will be resolved. They are dishonest & unreliable.

We are not dishonest by no means or unreliable we had a break down which was out of our control. We contacted you in advance AND UShip when many never do. We cannot help what happen and this DOES happen in the transportation business. We allowed you the time to cancel in hopes of getting a new transport. We have apologized to you many times during this situation never once did we ignore you or your situation.
