Hi my name is Carl Hoover and I am a owner operator with a Dodge 3500 diesel dually and a 40ft flat bed gooseneck trailer. I am licensed for 36,000lbs with means I can haul 18,000lbs. I am also apportioned. We also have a 53ft car hauler and a 29ft flatbed if needed. I have been leased on to a company and now going out on my own so would like the opportunity to deliver for you.
