The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time this is the second time one of your providers cancelled my shipment, what is going on is U ship gone to the dogs!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services He had said previously many times he was to be picking it up today, I had to arrange other aspects like a tow truck which he phoned only a day before this and cancelled saying he had a shipment to Utah and work load it with his loader instead, he was nothing but trying to jerk people around to satify his shipping requirements and when they don't work as he wants he just cancels, this is a shameful display of disrespect for people who pay in good faith wait and then he constantly lets people down

customer book load with me late Monday when I was already headed to el paso tx I told him that I would be back on Monday he sayed ok its satday am I cant make it to load so in steed of holding up load I told him that I could not do load any more
