Helmut and Michelle are a great team. Helmut picked up my shipment on time and delivered my items when he said he would. Helmut is very meticulous and detail oriented when it comes to his craft. He protected my shipment as if it was his own. In addition, he would respond quickly if I wanted a status on the delivery of my shipment. I would use him again if he bid on my future shipments. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I tried to contact this service provider via cell phone a day prior to the agreed date and time in order to work out the logistics of the move, but service provider DID NOT pick up the phone at all, tried calling back the day of the move, to no avail. In addition, his voice mailbox was FULL, so I couldn't even leave a message. It would have been professional courtesy to at least get a call back that he was unable to accommodate the shipment, prior to the agreed pick up date and time.

Mike was very professional when he came and picked up my furniture. He carefully wrapped all my furniture with blankets and gave me good advice in regards to disassembling some of my furniture to prevent damage. Ricky was very professional in delivering my furniture. He even gave me good advice on how I should pack my furniture in the future for an easier move. Excellent overall and would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys.

Mr. Liebhart and company was a pleasure to ship with. Kept in touch throughout the whole shipment. Shipment came in great condition. Shipment also came in a day in advance! Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend to friends and family..

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider contacted me and let me know that they were unable to pickup my listed items due to inclement weather conditions in Pennsylvania. Service provider advised me to go ahead and find an alternate service provider. I would consider using them again since they were professional in letting me know of the issue at least a week in advance.
