A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Too heavy

Supernatural towing did not read the post. It clearly stated: "Total Weight: 830 lbs", so when assigning two guys with insufficient equipment to move the hot tub it reflects poor leadership. We don't understand how you can say it was too heavy when it was the exact weight stated, as well as the measurements. It was clear he had no intention of moving the item and basically just wasted one week of our time when others could have actually bid on the job and done the work. Poor service!

Randy was awesome! Super friendly and great customer service. He kept me informed the entire way and went above and beyond by making sure our tarp on our boat was tied down, etc. It was a great experience! Highly recommend him! Thanks again Randy!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, despite an accurate description of the item, its weight, etc., the people sent to pick up the hot tub were not able to do so. After waiting for several days and promises of others coming, we finally just decided to go get it ourselves from the seller. This service provider was not very communicative or honest with us about the status of the move and this was not a great experience with uShip.
