All good. Johns driver (or third party that he subbed the load to) didn't wash the item, which was a critical part of the job. John got it handled and made sure the unit was washed even though the driver was long gone. The driver probably left John in a lurch, but he still figured out how to make it right. Thanks for the help.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Trucker is unable to deliver the unit in the time frame in the listing as required. The item must come home today. We have no choice but to send staff to go get it ourselves.
