A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I put in a quote for weekend pickup, once accepted I was informed that the shipment was located at a Copart which does not accept weekend pickup so I am unable to complete this shipment.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The customer accepted my bid at 6:30 am yesterday, I reached out via email to the customer to touch base and to thank them for accepting my bid and also to get any details that I may need upon pick up or if they had any questions or concerns. It has now Been almost 15 hours since I have tried to touch base with the customer and have still heard nothing back from the customer. This is now delaying pick up cause I can’t get ahold of the customer. So at this point I feel I have no choice other then

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I did not have the chance to promptly get back to the shipper, as I was at my son's graduation. I had already arranged a pickup address and time through UShip with the shipper, so I don't understand his reasoning for canceling the order. I sent an email today at 5:52 am to the shipper and I have not yet received a response. Also, I called the shipper three times today at 11:07 am and there is still no response. I'm assuming that the shipper has found a better shipment so he canceled my order.
