The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it After arrival the tires on the boat trailer had been replaced with new ones that were not the right size for the trailer causing a hazardous situation which will cause damage to the boat I made the stripper wear of the issue with pictures directly to his text message but the time difference means he won't get them probably till a few hours when he wakes up the person that sold the boat this going to try to add spacers to remedy the issue to get the proper clearance this cancellation is it going

Generally a good experience. National Transport brokers out most or all shipments, which basically mean they move your bid from one auction (uship) to another (their brokerage listing) which kind of defies the point of using uship. That said, NT is good at what they do - they actually get your vehicle moved in comparison to most brokerage companies. Still, two weeks from booking to delivery is long. Good and helpful support via phone.
