I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. That information is not completely correct. She placed as a book it now I was in the area during that whole period of time. Gps tracking will show that to be correct. I talked to her Thursday before memorial day and told her I was standing by. Haven't heard from her since. Never agreed to cancel. Was in area past her dates. Never have heard back until now after several attempts to contact. Her deposit should be forfeited due to no action on her part. I did what I was supposed to do exactly.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to family emergency, shipper was unable to be available for pick up at either locations. Response from Ann W.: We had to cancel due to a family emergency, but the shipper was very kind and provided a refund immediately. Will definitely call again for future needs.

I needed a FAST delivery in order to get the car on a ship to Europe. Eric responded quickly and his communication was great. His price was very fair; no extra charges even though I had less than 48 hours to get the car to Norfolk. He went above and beyond when a problem came up at the port terminal. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipping description stated that we did not have a clear delivery date for the Honda to be dropped off at the port in Norfolk. The shipper who accepted (zekesuter) only had a couple of days window for the shipment, so he could not fulfill the order. We agreed to cancel this transaction. Please refund my credit card for the $275. Thank you,
