The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I believe we do not need to cancel. The couch will be wrapped in a sofa cover & secured with shrink wrap / plastic wrap before taken outside to the vehicle. When in the vehicle there will be a tarp place on the top and bottom of the sofa enclosing it from the elements.
Also please see the forecasts below for the area the move will take place. The conditions will be suitable to move the sofa on Thursday 4/14/11 or Friday 4/15/11 after 7PM.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the seller of the couch did not leave the key with the superintendent as promised. We sill payed the mover even though he could not complete the move. He became upset when we tried to work things out and we did not feel comfortable working with him.

Brent did a great job. He was courteous and professional, he came when he was supposed to, and he packed up everything really well and got it to where we needed it in perfect condition. I would use him again in an instant.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I accept fault for this -- I was trying to do this using my Blackberry, since I was constantly in transit and had no access to a computer. The Blackberry screen is very small and I did not realize he only has an open pickup. The weather calls for intermittent rain all week and I don't want to run the chance of the sofa being ruined by rain.
I'd like to re-list the shipment for delivery from today until Friday, but today or tomorrow preferably.

The customer accepted fault, however once the customer read our feed back, they changed there story to tarnish our record as follows: " Due to circumstances beyond our control, the seller of the couch did not leave the key with the superintendent as promised.
