I want to say I have used UShip several times with always great help from the drivers. Last was UPS and I have to say they were great.

Wonderful experience. He showed up when he said he was going to. Loaded him and he was friendly and courteous. Definitely would do business again.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Everything was fine until they did not show up as they said between 5pm and 6pm. They texted and said they were running late and would now show up between 9PM and 10PM. Since I work from home and I wanted this shipment to go I figured every person has their issues and maybe it was their time for issues. I sent 4 text to find out when they would be picking up and I get this email saying " driver will not make it there in sufficient time so go ahead and cancel through UShip.
NO CALL saying they

WAS SPECTACULAR, HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO BE. HELP LOADING AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.WOULD GLADLY WORK WITH HIM AGAIN.
