A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Though we tried to work together to make a good pick up time, together we were unable to resolve the time conflict. I really appreciate the opportunity to do business but the time conflict could not be resolved.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the shipper was provided contact information for pick up at 7 am and had 9 hours to make it to the business to pick up the piece from the business I do not know what transpired other than that they were unable to be at the pickup site within normal business hours.. I was contacted via text and was informed that the shipper can try a second attempt next week.. I do not feel that I should be penalized financially because this company missed the pickup when they said they would pick up today
