I’m still waiting a delivery point for payment I’ve called the shipper twice or three times notifying them of my delivery delivery point and asked them to give the customer the payment code payment code not given. Will only wait another 10 minutes and I will not unload and shipment will go back.

Ron arrived at the delivery location before my office was even open for business. I appreciate the prompt service, but What I don't appreciate is his demanding payment from the customer to get deliver the load. He demanded my customer to pay him the agreed upon amount. Now My customer and I have to trust that Ron will refund the money to my customer. This is the same trust Ron expected from me to release the payment, but he couldn't be patient while I was driving.

This user is very new and inexperienced in the shipping world. The description of our shipment was very clear. They were very good with communication, but were not timely in their arrival and didn't have the correct equipment to do the run.

User was very disrespectful and rude.have text messages to prove it.do not recommend to do business with this person.and lied about communication with business that was supposed to provide services.refuse to pay for work that was done.bragged about how much money he made to me.I was at work.left work to do service and was a wasted trip.place didn’t speak with him they closed on time.he confirm he spoke with them to stay open.He was aware I was at work n was aware I was leaving work for services.
