After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The customer listed her shipment as flexible, p/u of 8/13to8/15 and delivery 8/14 to 8/16.We planned to p/u on the 13th and deliver on the 14th.Customer wants us to hold delivery until the 15th or 16th.She says she will take delivery on the 14th,but not until 11am.She is not sure who will let us in and that she is doing us a favor.This customer will leave negative feedback no matter what.There is plenty of time to find someone else.Please be honest with the next provider and tell him what days y

Literally heros! Moved us on short notice after a first shipper cancelled. Communication very smooth, easy to work with and would definitely use again and recommend.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward We are flexible w/in the dates confirmed however not with the schedule that the provider determined and encouraged us to cancel so that he would not receive negative feedback instead of working to resolve the issue. We changed our schedule to meet his and asked only for a 1 hour delay on the day of delivery. Feeback should be honest - that is how it is supposed to work - not fishing for good feedback. I went on the site to review the bid and he made an assumption of my actions, incorrectly

We earn positive feedback everyday and usually people appreciate our work.We tried to resolve the issue;we still would like to help this shipper out,but one learns to walk away from a fight or conflict.Obviously,we wanted to do this shipment;I'm not to happy about walking away from $1000.
