This shipment went very well. He kept in contact with us on a daily basis and called with enough time to meet him at the drop off point. He was hauling a puppy for us and the shipper had put it in a box. He went out of his way to buy a carrier for it. He went way beyond what we excepted to deliver us the puppy. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

WE had alot of problems making the contections. The man he was delivering to could not wait to make the hook up. This provider took the puppy home to his home and carred for it until I could find a new provider to get it to its final destination. Him and his family met the new transporter and handed over the puppy. He went beyond his requirements to help us out.
Response from GFI:
We did everything humanly possible to get this done. Anytime you are trying to hit a "moving target" who has very little flexibility in their schedule you are in for a challenge. We drove 30 miles to make the pickup then another 30 after caring for the puppy for 2 days to drop off to another ushipper who was going all the way to Montana instead of hooking up with the neighbor in NM who could not wait on us to get there.
