Good communication. Kept me posted on eta for entire trip. Picked up and dropped off same day which was much appreciated.

Worst experience ever. Pick up was over 3 weeks late. Delivery was over 1 month late. Left me stranded waiting in a hotel all that time. Bike arrived damaged. Insult to injury offering 75 bucks for an over 500 dollar repair cost. Run fast and far away from Daily Direct and Haul Bikes. They are rude, they don't care about their awful service and they know the are the worst in the business. All this damage and inconvenience caused me money and they didn't want to waive or reduce their fee. Response from haulbikes: Looking at details, your window for pick up was 1/9-1/18. We picked up your bike on 1/11. We delivered your bike on 2/14 which was 2 weeks late. On 1/31 and email went out notifying you of the delay we were experiencing. On 2/5 you requested to speak to Josh who is the customer service manager and does not handle uship. Also on 2/5 I reached out to let you know that I would personally keep you updated moving forward.

Nice lady. Kept to schedule. Communication was 3 since gps was off. Care was 3 since bike fender paint was scratched due to rubbing and rear rack was bent.
