Simon was a GREAT shipper, arrived EXACTLY on time and was well prepared! I feel bad, as I was delayed for an hour on my end due to unexpected back road detours, but he handled it like a true gentleman and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him any day of the way, he has excellent communication and is a man of his word and solid character. Thanks again Simon, I hope that I have the chance to work with you again someday (this time under better road conditions).

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period It has been 2.5 weeks since the shipment was booked, and I now have less than 4 days to have the truck shipped, and I still have yet to receive a single email or reply from this shipper. I am reachable by cell or email 24 hours a day on my blackberry and shipper is non responsive and communication is non existant. Big disappointment, this has left me in a SERIOUS lurch, as I now have -4 days figure out how Im going to get this truck moved 350 miles without missing work.

I was unaware that this one had a time limit, when i did learn I offered storage reimbursment, because we cleared erred, I did not call because our last comm. said i would call when we were ready, I too am always availiable and he never tried to reach me either, so I guess we arent compatible. I wish I could call everyone once a week for news but the amount of correspondance I receive renders this option impossible. i only take time sensitive loads when i know we can do them, so list that way!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Good Day,
Service Provider failed to deliver shipment at agreed upon date, Oct.24 '07.
Service Provider failed to respond to both email and telephone messages for 3 days following originally scheduled & agreed upon delivery date.
Service Provider contacted me 3 days after delivery date, citing issues on his end which prohibited him from following through on originally agreed upon delivery date.
An agreement to reschedule for a NEW delivery date was made over the telephone. Revised de

This customer is 100% correct. I had an issue at home requiring immediate attention on my part- Family comes first. However, shipper could have let me coordinate this with the pickup location instead of tons of phone calls and pressure putting me in a bind with the pickup location and time in general. Thats why the cancellation took place.
