really bad experience, rude and demanding provider, i am sorry i had the misfortune of doing business with him, he sold my shipment to another co, for one 3rd of what he charged me and still gave grief daily.if you decided to go with him, pay him,up front trough uship or he will demand money from you every time q needs gas, multiple times he threaten with taken down my shipment put it in storage and constantly telling me, ok the price just went up another $100 if you don't do this or that

Hugo was totally Bizaar to me...I pick up units and wrapped and loaded them myself and shipped on YRC...Then he didn't want to pay until after delivery...Told him no he must pay before unloaded..He went bezerk and yelled and swore..then I said if not paid we would charge storage fee until paid...He paid and we delivered and machines were going to Mexico so I needed to protect myself as he had no track record yet on Uship...He paid what we booked at and no more...Basic business...Mark

the listing said, that this was a very heavy piece, that will need at least two strong men to move, he showed up by himself, so my son and i had to help him and i have a bad back. not what i paid for

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment THE LISTING WAS FOR 11 HEAVY EQUIPMENT WORK OUT MACHINES, THEY SHOWED WITH A SMALL DOLLY AND THE TRUCK HAD NO RAMP, COULD NOT EVEN LOAD ONE OF THE 11 PIECES

Machines were much larger and heavier than description on listing. We do have ramps at the back of our trailer. We could have loaded some pieces but what is the point of only taking part of the load? We could have properly handled equipment if it was "as described" in listing.
