It's hard to explain how genuinely impressed I am with this shipper. He treated me better than family. After he picked up our jetski's, he kept them stored in his garage until they were delivered to us. He called me every step of the way, and I was never in the dark with the shipment. These type of acts bring back civility to this country. This is the America we ought to live in, where a complete stranger was entrusted to deliver (2) brand new jetskis and delivered with overwhelming excellence

Above and beyond service.
Rob called me right after I booked via Uship to give me the game plan.
Then he called the day of the pickup to communicate when he was picking up my item
Then he called when he was 80 miles from pickup.
Pickup went super smoothly.
On the drop off, Rob called when he was 80 miles from delivery.
Then we he dropped off, he called to let me know he delivered with several pictures of the delivery.
Couldn't be more impressed! I would highly recommen

Frank was on time and communicated every move with me. This was a three party transaction, I bought lights off of Craigslist, from a guy 200 miles away. Frank came in with the best bid, and provided superior service.
Would only ever want to use this guy for all my shipments.
My parents invited him in for almost an hour at 9:30 at night!! This is a good person.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This member is not reliable, they changed the pick up dates multiple times, the number they provided only leads to an answering machine. They put in a bid for the shipment requiring an immediate bid acceptance, only for me to wait 2 1/2 weeks and still no word from them. Stay away.
