The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After a phone call yesterday evening (4/22), the service provider and I discussed a pickup time of 12pm today (4/23).
Leading up to the pickup, I did not get a reply to any of my texts or calls. Today came and went with no contact from the service provider. Most of the day there phone went straight to voicemail and I left one voicemail. There phone is now ringing but nobody is answering. Not sure what happened or why they did not update me on their timing.

From start to finish these guys were great! Great communication. Took the extra time to make sure my artwork was blanket wrapped for safe travels. Highly recommend!
