I strongly disagree with one star rating for communication. Lee was kept abreast at all times of arrival and delivery times via text messages and/or calls. His items were picked up within the window we agreed upon. The phone records don't lie. His items were even delivered one day ahead of schedules times. Not sure what his expectations were for communication.
