it was a mistake by the selling party - the city he had listed in the eBay auction i won did not match the city where the bike was. This was out of my control.

This is my 2nd time using Rokas Freight and i would use him again evertime if i could. Great communication throughout. Never have to wonder what is happening or when. Very careful with the shipment, knows how to secure things. I literally cant say enough good things !!! Thank you again
