Thomas was Great! He was prompt, professional and a delight to work with. Excellent communication! Sorry, my vehicle is broke down. Thank You that You deliver the van to Body Shop and stay until the final answer. Thomas was good to work with for what turned out to be a somewhat difficult job due to circumstances beyond both of our control. I hope we worked it all out in the end for both of us. Thank You, Carl! Car delivered in the perfect condition, no problem. There was some confusion in communication with the transport company (I thought I lost them for couple days - got a little beet nervous). All was worked out. My overall experience was good, but could have been better, if they keep me updated every day (but again - this is my thoughts). Once again the vehicle was delivered in good condition and I'm happy to see it in my shop. Thank you for all your hard work.
