Lives in Netherlands and hard to communicate. Seemed like a nice guy. Though was not happy because his trailer had blown and a tire. Started claiming that we were just trying to take his money. (said he had a bad experience before)even called Uship. We were not asking for payment, just for him to pay the tire co. Once he had seen the pic's, he than realized that what we have been saying was always true and than he paid co. Just wanted to get his boat into the Port for him. Period.

Hi Jonas, thanks for all the 5 stars, except for communication. Though, would have been nice if you told that you were in the Netherlands and the time difference. In addition to the over 15 emails exchanged between us. Or the fact that we got your boat into the Port ahead of schedule and of us replacing your flat tire for you. The only poor communication was from you and you not understanding and willing to replace your tire. Besides that, you were o.k. to work with. Sincerely Don

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time swft did not pick up the load within the specifid timeframe. He had 7 days to pick up and deliver. I communicated several times that cut of was set for April 18 .He did not react sufficiently to this announcements. Now I missed the steamship to Europe and have to arrange a new shipping contract. There is a possibility that I will have to pay penalty. SWFT refunded me but to my opion he is not a reliable service provider.

This guy wanted me to go to Office depot to make 5 copy's for this paper work for the port one word of advice hire a broker to do your papers we are haulers Not your personal Secretary
