The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I do not agree with Ray, is not my fault he was unable to load my machine i clearly asked him before even booking the load if he was able to load it i gave him make and model of the machine, now he is trying to charge me for a load not deliver. I dont think that you gully understand how this has cost me. My time and fuel and having to drive to El Paso without a load is a big hit for me and puts me in a bind. If you had the correct weight on your listing this would not be an issue, however I was under the impression that the weight was wheat you had posted. In this case 50 % of the booked price is an acceptable cancellation fee for your mistake. That is only half of what the cost I have to assume for an issue that was your fault.
