Johanna harrassed my driver the entire way, calling & texting her every few minutes. It got so bad, my driver called & told me she had to turn her phone OFF just to focus on driving. Then, Johanna began harassing me. She would not let my driver DRIVE safely because of her unreasonable anxiety. Because of the constant, rude nature of this client, I told my driver NOT to Johanna regardless of time because there were other pets with driver & she did NOT need that distraction. SAFETY FIRST

Shipped one Samoyed puppy from Missouri to Spokane.
The shipment was fast, but I specifically asked to be contacted when puppy would be in because I work and the gal who delivered her showed up a day early and at almost 11pm at night. The puppy was a surprise for Christmas and my kid heard the door since I was sleeping since I get up at 430am in the morning and so this was ruined. I don't know anybody who would show up at somebody's house this late much less not let me know. Disappointing
