There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Very nice people to say the least.
Customer listed the item as a flexible business pick up but failed to inform us the warehouse we were picking up from does not operate under normal business hours and was not flexible at all. We did our best to contact the customer (also the owner) and se if he could pull a few strings as we were willing to bypass our prior stop and shoot directly to the warehouse instead but just kept getting voice mail.
It is unfortunate for us our smaller trailer took a 25
