The vehicle was not ready when bid required so our carrier had to continue on without it. We didn't have a second carrier for more than a month so we paid out of our pocket to get another carrier help us get this customers car completed within reasonable time instead of just canceling. With all that extra help and out of pocket, we get this kind of feedback. Looking back, I should have just canceled it in the first place.

I inquired twice prior to awarding the bid about the vehicle condition (non-running) and the need for someone to unlock the garage. These conditions were accepted and I provided a 2 week window for coordination. After paying the deposit, Frank set the first pickup date immediately without coordinating with me at all. It was rescheduled but uncoordinated again. I was unaware of his troubles - he never told me any of this. He was just rude. I would have a better impression if given one.

Scheduling with Franks was a bit difficult. We did have some confusion about the pickup date and Frank himself spoke to me on the phone to clear it up, but he was kind of rude. It was finally worked out. Frank's subcontracted the shipping to The Boyz, Inc who took care of my car. Jerrod (the driver) was extremely knowledgeable about the car and even managed to get it started for me. He took good care of the car and worked with me to deliver to a nearby lot so I could bumper-tow it home.

Nick was really accommodating. He was able to match up my shipment quickly, he loaded and unloaded it himself (heavy crate), drove it across a few states, and kept me updated with phone calls on progress. More than I could ask for. Thanks, Nick. Good, personable guy, highly recommended.
