I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was under the understanding it was towable. But it needs to be loaded on a trailer. And I am unable to get a trailer there by the time customer needs it picked up.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Diligence Carrier was en route to pick up the shipment. Per the customers direction, I called the number provided on the invoice. The Auction Service informed that the auction was a month ago, and gave me the contact information of the seller. Upon speaking to the seller directly, he stated that he was never contacted for a pick-up, that the auction was a month ago, and that he no longer had access to the building the items were in, and had no way of knowing if the item was there still.
