I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with the service provider on Thursday last week and he said he would pick-up my freight on Friday (the next day). He never showed up. I called his cell on Friday and this morning (Tuesday). He still has not responded. Last week he told me he was having personal issues (injury, and lost wallet) I'm starting to think his problems have gotten worse instead of better.

It was an excellent shipping experience. Great communication. Exactly on time for pick-up and delivery. His 18’ van was clean and in very good condition. He had all straps and equipment required. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, he helped load and unload. I definitely would use again.
