Paula and Jay did a fantastic job, above and beyond the call of duty. Snow storms, sleet and rain causing delays and bad road conditions yet they picked up the shippment within two days of their original schedule. They then kept the shipment with them until we could connect to complete delivery.
All in all a great job.

Steve was the best! Communication is the key in these instances and Steve was on top of everything be it e-mail or cell phone. He had the pick up and delivery both scheduled to the hour and met both. Scooter was tied down secure and safe, not even a chance of damage. I give him 5 stars. Response from blueneck600: Happy we could get it to you,...finally! enjoy.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After the shipper did not show at the agreed date and time, I telephoned him three times and left messages. After receiving no response to my telephone messages, I sent him an e-mail.
My pick up was to be in Kansas, after 36 hours past the pick up date and time I received a telephone call from the shipper informing me that he was then in Indiana heading east to Ohio and gave a bunch of excuses. I can not rely on this shipper. I need a shipper that can live up to their committments Response from SH0947: SO WHAT WAS UPSETTING? THE SLOW RETURNING YOUR CALLS OR THE VALID REASONS FOR NOT GETTING BACK TO U SOONER? DARN IF YOU DO, DARN IF YOU DONT HUH? WE OFFERED TO RESCHEDULE A PICKUP OF YOUR BIKE BUT YOU SAID THAT WOULD BE 2 LATE...SOMEBODY WAS GOING TO BE ON VACATION, YOU SAID. THE EXACT, THE EXACT SAME REASONS WE GAVE YOU "VACATIONS" FOR WHY WE WERE DELAYED PICKING UP OTHER ITEMS BOOKED BEFORE YOU. AND YES, PEOPLE DO GO ON VACATION WITHOUT TELLING EVERYONE. TSP'S SUCH AS WE DO NOT WORK FOR U-SHIP
