The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accepted the bid from American Group 3/25/2012 I called Andy the next day on Monday 3/26/2012 and he said he would send me the bill of lading that day which I never received, I called back on Tuesday he said he would send it again and I never received it, Wednesday a trucking company showed up to pick up my package he couldn't take it because I did not have the Bill of Lading so I called Andy on Wednesday he told me he would email me a bill of lading and I never got it, I called Dan on Thur
