Both bikes delivered safely. Shipper was 1.5 hours late for pickup and 1 hour late for dropoff. This is in addition to the delayed time he had already stated. Shipper stated, "will need help loading", did not realized that this meant he had no loading equipment whatsoever to get the bikes in or out of the back of an F250. Thankfully the local Harley shop was able to provide assistance. Little warning before pickup. I said I was flexible but expected to at least discuss beforehand.

I was not expecting there to be another motorcycle on the trailer already when the shipper arrived. This made the loading quite difficult, and I had to help a lot more than I had expected lifting up the back of the motorcycles, etc. to arrange them on the trailer. My second bike got really tightly squeezed in between my first bike and another already there.
